This work results in recommendations for direction and next steps that have tangible benefits not only for the organization but also for the individual. We do this by using a questioning strategy to discover the values and beliefs that underlie practices, engaging people at all levels to participate in creating visibility around a work environment that is cooperative and collaborative.
